Not only is he trying to put his stamp on what should be a NATO issue, in the paper today there's an article about him warning Cuba about what the US will accept in the transition of power and he recently sent his minions to warn Putin about his actions.

Dick Cheney is expected to be pardoned today by President Clinton for his direct role in the Wyoming whoopsie scandal where Cheney traded two nuclear cruise missiles for 30 illegal immigrants with President G W Bush of Mexico, to work on his ranch in his home state.
President Bush of Mexico had no comment on the scandal but boldly stated that if the United States didn't do something soon about all the Americans crossing the border into Mexico that he would send out the Mexican national guard to begin cross border raids.
In economic news, the dollar is on an up swing as it is now only .000423 to the yen and .00012 to the peso. China and Czechoslovakia are to begin using cheap American labor to produce their goods which is expected to make stocks soar. American consumer confidence reached a two year high when gruel prices fell for the fifth straight month.
In the weather today, Alaskan surfer Dave "tubes" Mcnally is expected to win the arctic surfers championship held this year in Barrow, AK. Bad day at the beach down in Macon, GA today as rains from tropical storm Condi are expected to last through the night.
