We would have a lot more money if we weren't a donor state. We are the number one donor state. We give more than we receive from the federal government.

Here's an Idea on succession, let's take all the legal and illegal immigrants and make them serve our military like Israel does when people move there. Take the Federal money and put it back into making this the best place on earth to live. Instead of a president or Prime Minister, we would have a council of twelve. They rule over the land with impartial wisdom and intelligence. If they are money connected or powerful people, then they cannot be on the council. Conflict of interests here. As for energy water military, local laws and covenents, its all doeable and workable. People need to think outside the draconian Federal box and vision a place that works farily for all.

We the people of California in order to form a more perfect and less restricted way of life for all of our citizens, have decided in mass to suceded from the United States of America and form our own indepently run funded and operated country.

We will provide for our own security, military by means of immigration legal or otherwise. Those who want to live here will serve to make this new country a more secure and defended place.
In return they will be eduacted and taught to speak our language and not the other way around.

We will govern ourselves by a council of twelve members. These members cannot have a conflict of interest back to any other country company or special interest party. The cuncil wil consist of a cross section of people from our communities who posses a high intelligence and wisdom.

We will form and print and coin our own currency, and will not restrict trade on those who are currently trading at or within our borders. the federal jurisdiction and tarriffs will be lifted and used to make the process better for all.

Travel to and from our country to other countries will be via passports as it is done everywhere else in the world.

Federal fees upon businesses will be removed and those monies will be re-directed back into the companies to create more jobs and better their communities.

Trademark copyright and patent laws that currently restrict the ability of a society to prosper and advance in technology, will now be lifted and those ideas devices, concepts can and will be fully explored and funded to realize their full potential.

Public utilties for water power and roads and infrastructure will also be free to self fund from the added revenue from the federal funds now avaible to put back into making their operations run better.

People currently incarcerated and or in the process of being incarcerated, will be given the opportunity to give back to our society by taking on a forced public job where they will be re-building and revitalizing areas within our country that need it the most.
