The German government was the very definition of small and ineffective. It takes a very small government to almost take over an entire continent and kill 100 million people in the process.

Group 2. They hate black people and South Americans. They start wars for nothing. They refuse to let their government feed hungry children. They refuse to save 45,000 of their citizens who die each year from no insurance, and their sole sources of information are propaganda groups.
