This is from the OP's article.

The administration earlier had warned that supplies of beef, pork and poultry could drop this year because slaughterhouse inspectors will have to be furloughed, and under federal law meat can’t be processed without inspectors present.

So I am to believe that this is the necessary cut to their budget that they HAD to make - not administrative, not in making policy - they chose to mention this possible cut, which is the one area that that effects food supply. Really??

Or if they had to make this cut - change the law so that the food supply could continue in a normal fashion where Americans may not suffer. But no - the public would have to suffer. It's really ridiculous.

This is worse. This highlights their lack of morality and how low they'll go to push an agenda. This should be on every front page newspaper, headline news. They are admitting to wanting to make this hurt.

Obama and many others like him dont give a damn about America or its people. They care about their power and agenda

His whole gosh dang Presidency, is not about morals, it is about pushing his agendas, anyways he sees fit.

And like you, most of us not naive and ignorant, know what his agenda is all about. No rocket scientist needed to figure it out

His supporters help in his agendas, they are naive as he knows they are.

The best I can do? I'm simply pointing out the contradictions of people on this forum. What's the big deal about the email? It's not like it was sent by Obama himself, why are you blaming him? And let's not forget something here, the conservatives have made it a point to block absolutely every thing that came across their desks from the moment Obama got into office. I feel not a lick of pity for them.

This is what is so pathetic and the media is complicit in it. They keep mentioning that it is a whopping $85 billion dollar cut. 20 years ago that would have been a lot. Today, thanks to GW and Obama's spending sprees, it is peanuts. Of course, essential services have to be the first thing cut. ATC, LE, border security, cut them all. Pork programs, they're safe.
