Its as simple as that...nothing positive can arrive out of depressive garbage..reason being its not particularly something a normal person gravitates toward. If a nation wants to have normal expectations for work done, plans, its got to act and have and need in at least somewhat positive things. Inspire downward and go downward. All the cops can do is respond and if there was a real tragedy....and the cops couldn't get there on time, thats on the group and the label, their fault 100%. When in doubt...sue everybody.
