The Federal government can not direct the military to attack American citizens without a declaration of war because of the Posse Comitatus Act . You will note it is a part of Paul's argument right now.
Yes, the federal government could inform law enforcement of the information they have and have them act. In the end they are going to have to be able to defend that information.
They are arguing that they do not. That they can just kill and that's that.
I am aware of PC. Does that mean those Air Force fighters on 9/11 shouldn't have been given orders to shoot down those airliners about to crash into the WTC if the fighters were able?
People like you who make excuses for political elites breaking the law are responsible for dragging this country into the gutter. This issue goes beyond partisanship.
Yes, it does go beyond partisanship. I've been critical of Rand before, but not this time.
You liberals are hilarious. If this were a non-liberal Administration, you would be cheer-leading such and effort as Paul is leading. But as per usual, you dolts continue to do all you can to defend Obama's Admin and attack the opposition. Hypocrites.
And if this was a democrat opposing a republican nomination, you would be calling every name in the book.
Rand paul is a childish idiot, I bet if a democrat did this against a republican he wouldn't be so happy.
