Yes, either Obama was deliberately lying or he is seriously mis-informed about the economy and jobs. Maybe he didn't know the unemployment rates would immediately start dropping when spending cuts were made but all that fear mongering was for nothing.

Now the liberals can clearly see that spending cuts, the whole sequester was beneficial.

The whole thing is such a farce...

1) Obama brags about cutting Several Trillion Dollars in spending over the next decade and that it will help the economy...the sheep cheer.

2) Obama forecasts impending doom over $0.044 Trillion in cuts by September 30th and our economy will spiral out of control despite the fact that we will spend more in 2013 than 2012....the sheep nod their heads vigorously.

3) The tiny cuts happen and the economy gets better...and the sheep cheer the Shepard...

Low unemployment figures is great news and it means there should be no trouble finding more spending cuts. Obama was wrong about his predictions of the sequester -- it turns out it wasn't even "dumb", the economy is now soaring. The stock market is also way up and rising.

Thank you Obama -- and his friends in Congress for getting the spending cuts done and improving the economy.
Yes, Obamacare is helping our economy!

True, but he lied about not creating it during the campaign, he promised to veto attempts to stop it, but then went back panic mode and pointing the finger.

Listening to Obama gives anyone whiplash if you actually pay attention to him speak...too many lies and flip flops to comprehend.

You can't blame anyone who doesn't give him credit for the sequester - since Obama spent so much time lying about it.

Obama needs to step up government hiring to keep up with the new people entering (or trying to enter) the workforce.
So again, the conservatives on this site are arguing that having no job at all is better than having any job.

Obama finally breaks even on employment from where he took office and you think this is an accomplishment rather than confirmation of his absolute failure?

Wow, it frightens me how many out there must be in a similar gene pool as you to justify the numbers that voted for this moron.

The movie Idiocracy may be prophetic.

Why are WE paying for his golf anyway.

I'd say let him take credit for the spending cuts --- and now that the sequester has only led to big improvements in unemployment rates and the economy, or at least did not prove to have any dire consequesnces, we need to push for more spending cuts.

Now that Obama has brought down the unemployment rates, there are no more good excuses to keep extending unemployment handouts and no more excuses not to cut other government handouts. Everyone who wants a job can get one now with these wonderful numbers.
