Conservatives hate both.

Many Conservatives on this forum have cheered the death of Chavez - a true believer in freedom and equality.

He helped the poor with his 'sistema' construct, free education, health, housing and the like.

yet this is supposed to be a bad thing - WTF?

so now what are the options?

Seems as if the right are intent on taking the opportunity to try to:

1. Rape Venezuela and its people for their oil and wealth

2. Force in a rightist leader of their choosing to make the people pay for having socialism

3. Destroy democracy (yet again) in a foreign nation.

4. Bring in Friedman-style economic pillage to the region to benefit the rich (yet again)

5. Gush over poster boy Catholic Capriles as the saviour of the people (please - no more religious bigots needed thanks)

So why do Conservatives hate democracy and the poor so much?

Why do Conservative leaders hate democratically elected leaders? (Chavez)
If Republicanss hate the poor so much why do they contribute more to charity than democrats even though they earn less?
Another garbage post by an uninformed poster using emotional lies. Business as usual.

Charity does not help the poor anywhere near as much as welfare does.

and tell me again, why do the majority of Repubs hate Chavez so much, bearing in mind all the great things he has done for the poor of his country?

Default Should Venezuela be bombed?

Looks like Maduro will win the next election - he's a commie with oil so should the country be bombed?

Supposedly he's not very democratic either - so is that another reason to bomb him?

How about it?

I have no issues with Venezuela being an independent oil producing nation. No reason to bomb them. The RWNJ's might think otherwise, tho.

ok, well how about if Maduro decides to buy a whole load of weaponry from Russia and China.

Would that then make him more of a target?
