Probably. I mentioned two leaders currently in power but should have been more specific. My bad.

Ahmadinejad of Iran and Kim Jong-un of North Korea are not hated nearly as much, because they do not have the reach to send their military all around the world to bomb and strafe other countries, nor do they ensnare people from other countries on the same level as Bush/Cheney did, and send them to torture camps (even though they do with their own populations)

Kinda strange the "Land of the Free, Home of the Brave" is also home to the two most loathsome world leaders since a couple other guys were in power around 70 years ago.

its easy to spot posters whos never left their mom's basement or trailer park.

Bush is revered around the world, he's almost a God in Africa for the work his administration did down there.
as a matter of fact, hes liked down there better than obama, whos actually from africa

hes never bowed to or blown other leaders as our current "on the down low" leader has, maybe thats what you're talking about ?

Bush and Cheney aren't particularly hated, any more than any other conservatives who unabashedly supported the U.S. are. Except by the usual leftist fanatics they defeated, of course... but you can count those on the fingers of one foot, pretty much. Unimportant.
