You forgot my people are prisoners of war, its okay though it will come full circle in due time, it's actually your culture that's pretty sad when you're afraid of someone who looks different than you and your history is enslaving, raping, killing, tormenting a whole people for no reason whatsoever

You are assuming that he did, I am assuming he did no such thing. Where's the proof?
We can solve this problem to make sure innocents don't die - all law enforcement wears a collar camera. It is checked daily to make sure it's functional.
Cops do not work alone, so even if one wasn't working, the others were. If none of them catch the act, then we can assume they are lieing and let a jury decide their fate.
The cop is still alive, so an innocent didn't die. The criminal did.

Naw, I think black culture is pretty damn amazing. Very rich.
You have Hip Hop which has spread all the way around the world. Kids in Asia know about Hip Hop. Then you have Rock n Roll. Which has spread around the world and is an American staple. You have Blues. Jazz. House music that spawned the electro genre. Which again, has spread around the world and is the dominant music in Europe.
That's just music.
