You have been linked to it twice by two different people.

Seems Congress was much smarter than Hinman...

Is your claim now that the Reconstruction Amendments drafters were sleezy partisan hacks?

Only to racists. The only people to use '14th Amendment Citizens' are neo-nazi's and White Supremacists who continue to deny that African Americans / blacks are citizens.

Cry me a river, broski. Obama is president and he's going to finish this term, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Only if you ignore actual history. As already noted:

You should change your username. HistorianDude doesn't suit you as you foolishly wish to ignore actual history.

Buchanan's father naturalized as a U.S. citizen before James was born.

Arthurs father naturalized when Chester was 14. Chester was ineligible and got away with it.

Wilson's mother obtained U.S. citizenship by marrying a American citizen before Woodrow was born. It was called derivative marriage through the ' Act of February 10, 1855'. Therefore, Woodrow Wilson was born a natural born Citizen due to the fact that both his parents were U.S. Citizens.

Hoover's mother obtained U.S. citizenship by marrying a American citizen before Herbert was born. It was called derivative marriage through the ' Act of February 10, 1855'. Therefore, Herbert Hoover was born a natural born Citizen due to the fact that both his parents were U.S. Citizens.

The Act of February 10, 1855 enabled a foreign woman to naturalize as a U.S. Citizen by getting married to a U.S. Citizen husband. It was called 'Derivative Marriage'.

sorry, but it's your ilk, Steve, that says that the parents must be citizens before the child is born. So you just contradicted every birther claim with this one.

But she never formally renounced her citizenship to her home country. Since she was born in England, which follows Jus soli and Jus Sanguinis, she would have to have formally renounced her citizenship. She never lost her British citizenship. So, by marriage, she had dual citizenship. Since she didn't lose her British citizenship, her child, Woodrow Wilson, was born with dual citizenship.

According to birthers, you cannot have dual citizenship and be a natural born citizen.

so again:

#15- Buchanan -Ireland
#21 Arthur- Ireland
#28 Wilson- England
#31 Hoover- Canada

Are not natural born citizens based on the claims of birthers.

no matter how bad a POTUS, obummer is, he was born in Hawaii in 1961, after it became a state...he is a natural born citizen.....his mother was a citizen, he was born in the USA, and therefore a full citizen, natural born
