If you click on the link and see the Gallup site...you will see that the world's view of approving of "US Leadership" is within the margin of error of being equal to what it was in 2007. (41% versus 38%)

This is not surprising, since A) Obama has instituted many of Bush's policies and B) Much of the world doesn't have the same emotional attachment to Obama that many Americans have, thus there isn't as much constant excuse making and more critical thought.

I travel the world enough to know people elsewhere are very disappointed in obama.
