Is anyone sorry they voted for him, and if so, why?

Gosh, no. No one is perfect, and maturity teaches us that all choices we make always have to be considered from the standpoint of available, viable alternatives. President Obama was so much better an option than the viable alternatives, both times.

No. I'll keep telling you and others that, to help you recognize the truth.

What a silly thing you've posted.

Joe Montana fumbled the ball 53 times during his career. Reason dictates that we assess things based on all the available information, including as I alluded to earlier, the likely way available alternatives would have worked out, rather than fixating on any single unskillful incident.

Given the alternatives of John McCain and Willard Romney?

Of course not! The idea is laughable.

That's really the crux of the issue. The GOP knows that it needs to change its game, but every time the matter gets considered, they inadvertently make it clear that they're happy about being represented by thoroughly disreputable political perspectives reflected in their choices of Bush and Romney. (While I agree that Obama could still defeat McCain, he was a remarkably enlightened choice, for the GOP, and it is a shame that with his lose, that the Republicans have doubled-down on offensively reactionary, anti-social, and greed-centric rhetoric and policy.)

Regret comes later when they're still paying the bill 20+ years from now. Unfortunately, they dragged the rest of us down with them.
