Well it is regardless of your beliefs in government function. So don't complain about investing in green energy sources, it's quite ironic given the subsidies fossil fuels receives.

Is that coming straight from the Republican Manual? Whatever doesn't suit Republican ideology "is not a govt job?". I keep hearing Repubs use that technique, and with assurance, too!!!

I have no idea. I'm not a republican and have never read their manual.
