Wait a second!!! What happened to all those racist backwards evangelical wacko Christian hate fueled KKK white supremecist who control politics? How on earth did 53% of the Lousiana population not vote for Republican Christian Crooked Whitey?

Maybe its because the race card is WAY overplayed? Seems they were able to do just fine at voting for who they liked regardless of race.

Culturally speaking: Jindal is closer to the 'White' Conservatives than the so-called 'Liberal' People of Color.

Politics make strange bedfellows--------especially in Louisiana.

Momma Blanco and Daddy Ray's failures in the Katrina disaster must have woke them up.

No!!! Momma Blanco and Daddy Chocolate City did a fine job, they only failed because of REPUBLICANS. Don't you see the logic? Republicans CAUSED them to look bad so they could STEAL the elections, just like they stole it from Al Gore in Florida when all those people meant to vote for Al Gore but weren't sure how to punch their voter card, another Republican scandal!!!

And another interesting fact from the story..

Independent John Georges had 167,477 votes or 14 percent. (nothing of the fact that "and Georges poured about $10 million of his personal wealth into his campaign"

Since when did Independents get anything more then 2-3% of anything?

You are exactly right. I remember recently reading an article about how minorities are so mistreated in California, yet the studies were arranged to include whites and Asians together because putting Asians as a minority would have balanced out the story too much and killed their sensationalism.

This will be downplayed by the left, now Native Americans will be just as white as Dick Cheney when the Louisiana governor is being talked about. Prior to that they were just another minority victim of whitey.
