As I am sure most of you are aware, this is not a new trend, but it is regaining popularity. I am simply wanting CD posters input on their thoughts of going "Under the radar".
Bartering was around before someone decided to invent currency so why not. Every once in a while I catch "Barter Kings" on tv and all the trading is interesting.
As long as no one is hurt, go nuts. I barter all the time for old things I don't use, or helping some one do home repairs, food exchanges (including home grown food)...my grandfather did this in their community with all the different people who lived there. He used to pay for repairs on his combine with ham and raspberry pie.
I have bartered and traded for items that one would think you would have to buy and pay sales tax on. I got a dang good milk cow once for helping a guy overhaul his water well pulling unit...
What radar? Seems a way of not using credit to your advantage really and makes no sense to me.Is the point to avoid taxes in bartering.tToo much trouble for me when I could be using money as barter representing goods and services and making more money with the time involved.
