This is why many Americans innately know its wrong. It’s why the homosexual lobby has to crush dissenting voices. The cost, however, is the sabotaging of our democracy."
No one is against A man loving another man. The sex act between the men is what makes them a homosexual.It is the sex act they want to clean up by calling it a marriage. It is a lust spirit . Men having sex with men is a deviant practice. Women having sex with woman is a deviant practice.
The gays are fighting for the acceptance of the perverted sex act between same sex couples by putting the word marriage to their unnatural sex life. It is wrong.
The gays will use every way they can think of to get the masses to agree with them. They will use race, hate, name calling and sympathy for their cause. Gays have rights but the natural known meaning of marriage is between a man and a woman.
If this measure passes there will be a flood gate to other sexual practices to gain acceptance. The world is breaking down morally with each day as the bid for acceptance of sin and decay and lies will permeate the communities accross America.. those who don't stand for morals because of indifference will reap moral decay all around them.

So let's re-phrase for a minute. You're fine with gay sex - even though you insist its deviant and perverse - but your objection is if they get married? In other words, you're saying do all the naughty things you want, just don't make it official by marrying.

You are certainly entitled to your own opinion, however uninformed it may be. Perhaps you should consider the possibility that your opinion may stem from the notion that homosexuality is a mental illness that can be cured. There certainly is no evidence that it is a mental illness, much less one that can be cured. Secondly, there is no evidence that homosexuality leads to other, more unacceptable sexual practices any more than there is evidence that smoking pot leads to heroin addiction. It is a slippery slope, at best. Furthermore, homosexuality is not unnatural. In fact, many species engage in it. Human beings have engaged in homosexuality as long as there have been human beings. And finally, the argument that it is a form of moral decay belies the fact that most homosexuals are, in fact, otherwise, upstanding, law abiding citizens who have much to contribute to society. The issue here is whether or not our cherished legal foundations apply to all or a select few. Either we are all equal under the law or we are not.
