Not many infants in foster care . Infants are usually killed before birth or get adopted.
While on any given day there is an average of 400,000 kids in foster care the average age for those is 9 years old.

I know a young lady who had an abortion, because she was told to carrying the child to term would be life threatening.

Pro abortiionists certainly do not care about children. Infants are being adopted /14 year olds whose are on drugs are not being adopted
