I liked the service I got from McDonalds back in the days when they hired the kids with disabilities. They genuinely wanted to help.

This does not pass the 'smell test' for me. Both the linked article and a similar one in the New York Post both cite the same source, which may have been posted by anyone. I think it is an April's Fool joke that extended past the first.
