I had a gay cross country coach in high school (1990s).
No one gave a ****. Nothing happened. This is really a non-point.
Unless it's some stupid porn prison movie, most of what people think is just laughable.
Most of my coaches were straight men. Sometimes they had to rub out a cramp. Sometimes they pushed me harder in a stretch. Sometimes they hugged me. Again, their gender was irrelevant 100% of the time.
You hear about one or two things in the media and everyone acts like it's an effin' epidemic or something.
No, I think I lived it. Sorry but I didn't like my gay gym teacher watching me shower or yanking our towels off of us as we walked to the locker room. It was fun and games for her and humiliating for us.
For the same reasons we would never let a man into the girls shower, we shouldn't let lesbians in either.

I could care less if girls have a male gym teacher but he shouldn't be in the showers or locker room. Ditto for a lesbian teacher. The lockers and showers should be off limits.

It had to do with her being an ahole.
Better policy - don't hire aholes to teach children.

I find it particularly curious that the haters cannot understand that normal people, be they straight, gay, or whatever, are quite capable of controlling their sexual attractions and behaviors. Makes one wonder ........
