It is just a dumb thing to say. The President says a lot of dumb things when he is off-script. Not as many dumb things as Joe Biden, but plenty just the same.

It is not that big of deal, however, the Florida AG is much better looking. I have not checked the list, but I would guess the AG beauty pageant isn't a must see event.
