28% believe Saddam Hussein was behind 9/11? 58% of Republicans think climate change is a hoax? 14% believe in Bigfoot?

The video below showcases a list of crazy conservative beliefs:
Maher Rails Against ‘Stupid’ Americans And GOP For Being Defiantly Anti-Science, ‘Science Activist’ Weighs In | Mediaite

The rejection of science is possibly the single most dangerous thing we can do as a country. It stunts our growth and prosperity on every level. It's time to grow up and listen to non-biased experts in their field.

Why choose to be ignorant?

The percentages cited in the SELF-REPORTING conservatives is downright scary. No one can claim the "anti-science" throne more than conservatives.

Own it.

Liberals think that the constitution protects the right to destroy human life, that other people are required to pay for others health care costs, that women must be given free contraceptives, that money must be taken from Peter and given to Paul, and that anyone who disagrees with the above is a hateful bigot.

Sounds like liberals subscribe to ignorance and intolerance to me.

Ah, I get it. When someone calls you out for being anti-science, you change the topic. I almost didn't even notice.

Not all Republicans are conservative. And not all conservatives are Republicans.

Also, I am a conservative Republican and I have a great interest in several fields of science... Meteorology, Seismology, Geology and Astronomy.
