Maybe he was busy pondering gay marriage?
No, that was before the election.
Busy working the budget? No.
Probably perfecting his back swing or learning how to dribble a basketball.
Point is, I can't say I'm surprised but I'm seriously disgusted how these politicians are playing this, and how the loons are once again falling in line with smug faces.
Idiots, all of them in my opinion.

Why does anyone do anything on an issue? It's when public pressure starts to bubble, because the public votes in politicians. Sandy Hook was different than all the different mass shootings because very young children were involved, and that outraged a big chunk of the country who might have looked the other way when it was adults or even teens, or when it was a kid here or there and confined to urban neighborhoods. The president is no different than any other president, or any other elected official--they deal with pressure from the public when the time is right to possibly get something done. It's not a good way to run a country, but it's the way it's always been and the way it always will be--public will has to be there before anything gets done.

Lol..he's not worried about another term in office now. He can put out all his, wonderful, agendas now. Nanny nanny boo boo! Can't touch me! Mighty O feels be has the high ground now.The voters were stupid enough to give him a second term, so now he figures he has a madate and a blank check.

Look how Harry Reid backed off on gun control. Staring midterms in the face kept him under control. If public support, for these proposed measures, is as high as the anti gun politicians and groups claim it is, why worry? At any rate, Obama has no re election worries. So, he figures why not show his true colors.

How many Ghetto Thug Mama's have been invited onto Air Force 1? It's a logical question.

Hmmm...yea. Perhaps a crack pipe summit with some gangbangers would solve some problems.

That would only be needed if Obama had embarrassed himself on national TV by saying that the crackheads acted stupidly without first knowing all the facts.

facts are,
NONE of the anti-2nd amendment laws passed in the last 3-4 months would have averted any of the shootings.
all those kids would still be dead by the same manner in which they died...
