1. Not unconstitutional as an invasion of the reserved powers of the States. Citing Sonzinsky v. United States, 300 U.S. 506, and Narcotic Act cases. P. 177.

2. Not violative of the Second Amendment of the Federal Constitution. P. 178.

It also asks what YOUR state constitution says.

Exactly what DOES the Constitution of YOUR state say? Perhaps the argument over what the Second Amendment really means is a moot point!
Also, you might look at the Unorganized Militia clause in United States Code Title 10.
You might be surprised to find that YOU are a member of that militia, whether you like it or not!
