Gerald Ford was disturbed by Bill Clinton's skirt-chasing ways - and thought he should check into a sex addiction clinic.

Just like his wife should have checked into.. oh yeah. Betty was drunk for most of his administration, I believe.

The man should have cleaned his own house first, then see if he had time to worry about others. He did pardon Nixon, didn't he?

I despised Nixon at the time and still do but even at the time I knew in my heart that Ford had done the right thing for the country, sacrificing his own political life in the process. Probably one of the more decent men that have occupied the White House.

I always did admire President Ford. A good man, husband and and father. Clinton would have done well to heed this advice.

I suspect Ford made the call, calculated the fall-out and did what he thought was best for the country rather than for himself. The recent interviews, print media, etc. have been reviewing President Ford's term, and time in office the last few weeks/months. Most good reading, and very Ford-favourable. Pity that it takes a posthumous review to make the man/woman!

He did clean his own house and with Nixon he cleaned yours as well. Ford is the last major party candidate for whom I have voted.

And in response to the OP subject line, I believe the whole world saw Clinton as a sex addict. I expect to see him in one of those 'little blue pill' commercials any day now.

Who cares what an unelected president who couldn't beat JIMMY CARTER thought?

I understand that Bill was also "right fond" of Big Macs (with Bacon). Any comment on that addiction?......
