The U.N. Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration, would have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small firearms. The ban would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S., and had language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all private guns and ammo.

Astonishingly, 46 of our United States Senators were willing to give away our Constitutional rights to a foreign power. Please keep this in mind when ANY of them come up for re-election.

Mr Small Mind thanks for standing up for my right to sell weapons to Al Qaeda, The Tailban, Maya Salvatrucha 13, FARC, North Korea or Iran. I amd eternally greatful. But remember it is irrelevant what the USA does, it goes into force when 50 nations ratify it, so remember to keep your guns in US territory and check them at the exit before going overseas. The moment you leave US jurisdiction the government of the territory that has jurisdiction can throw you in prison for as long as it wants and the US government5 can't do a thing about it.

And just how would this have effected your right to buy a gun? Truth is it wouldn't. You would still be able to buy as many guns as you can afford. Take your tin foil hat off for a change.
