I say the US does..they are the ones being the bully here. Its eventually going to be the other way around...the world is getting tired of the US being a bully to everyone that doesn't do as they say.

It isn't US sanctions - it's UN sanctions. You know Lil' Kim is crazy when even China is trying to talk them down. Your video makes some points, but blames it all on the US rather than the world coming down on them.

Although, I am not a fan of the UN, the US doesn't run it as much as you think. I do think Western nations run it though (with the US sitting as "chair"). NK is picking a "near fight" to get money and rewards for backing off. They cannot sustain combat operations and they can't even shoot off a rocket with anymore than a 50% success rate. NK needs to cease to exist and that will happen if we just open up to them (like China). The dollar/Yen/Won and all other currency will work better than any weapon. You can spin the NK propaganda machine, but the NK's have only brought this upon themselves. And the ONLY reason they've been kept around this long is b/c of China. But even those taskmasters are wearing thin of the childish antics and business jeopardizing antics that Jr. is displaying in his tantrum.
NK, needs to be careful before they get the attention full bore, that they are wishing for.
