That's why they don't want to be filmed...it shows their corruption.

The guy is right, he should be terminated. I wonder why it is taking time for his officials to determine this.

Seems to me we should have a group whose job it is to job check cops in stops and rate them. Like they do at restaurants with mystery shoppers... that would make them be more careful
