I don't remember you complaining about Romney not paying taxes during the election...
Obama, not Romney, is saying the rich are not paying their fair share. We don't need to raise Obama's taxes, just have him pay the percentage that he says that people within his tax bracket SHOULD be paying.

not sure how you even came to that conclusion out of my comment but i will explain it you.
the Marginal rate is the rate republicans use when they want to claim we have some of the highest tax rates in the world, effective is the amount you use when you want to attack President Obama for not paying enough taxes. not sure what that had to do with my comment though.
