No, but the creep that realizes he can go into the women's restroom doesn't make for a safe environment for women. This is so often the problem. So many refuse to consider the repercussions of what they argue for in the big picture.

What would a petite woman do when confronted with a burly lesbian in a closed space?

I work at a university that has not only men's rooms, women's rooms, but non-gender specific one toilet single person bathrooms as well. Everyone is happy. Believe it or not there are "pee-shy" individuals, both male and female, that cannot use public restrooms when other people are present.
Fundamentalists always equate and confuse excretion with sex.
