He has to be given due process because if he is not, he might walk free. So the prosecution will be extra careful.

I am just glad he is alive. He knows and we need to know what he knows. If this was a conspirancy we need to know.

Interesting it took 6 years to execute McVeigh. Hopefully this guy will be fried as quickly.

You'd be surprised. Lots of Germans as well scattered throughout Texas.
Many small Texas towns have annual Deutchenfests with parades, rides, outdoor dances, etc.

He will have to be charged with and convicted of a federal crime - and then since MA doesn't have a death penaty he will get a needle stuck in him.

Eh, give him his trial. In Chechnya, in recent years, it'd be a bullet to the base of the neck. In ages gone by, something much slower. We're better than that.

At this point in the novel, there's a race to disarm the nuclear bomb that had not been discovered until the villain is caught. "You think you've won...."

Glad RL's not a novel.

This will not be a state case, the FBI is in charge. He will be tried by the Feds who thankfully still have the death penalty. I'm sure our liberal friends will work hard to save him though.

Well, Germans, sure - you can't swing a dead cat without hitting Germans in the U.S.

There was a colony of Bohemians near where I'm from, in the Pac NW, still commemorated in a local festival every year, but I have the impression that's rather rare in western states.
