we are at a low for the satalite era, despite added ACE numbers due to technology advancement that allows counting smaller more remote storms than they were able to do 10/15/20/30 years ago?

ButButButBut we keep being told by Hansen and others that hurricanes are getting more frequient and more powerful... only that is a LIE and we know it because the hard numbers do not lie....

If you guys are so right, why are you telling us these storms are getting worse, and the CAGW is causing it, when the actual, hard numbers (read the real SCIENCE) says the opposite?
I was referring to your statement "Haven't had any since". Of course we have. Hurricane Sandy, for instance, which was anything but small. And there have been plenty in the Pacific and Indian Oceans. The Atlantic isn't the only large body of water on the planet, dude.

No. But then, neither did anyone else, including climate deniers (who, by the way, have yet to produce a single page of original data). Does this issue refute global warming? No.
It does refute the arguments that those earlier predictions were reason for countries to spend trillions of dollars to combat what ended up happening on it's own.

Look, I do not care what you believe. Just don't ask me to finance it for you.

But he is also wrong, IMHO, about the explanation he gave in the article you posted. The reason the temperatures have moderated slightly over the past 8 years is because ocean circulations have changed and caused warm surface waters to be drawn into the deep ocean. That has somewhat moderated the atmosphere. But that warm water will not stay down there forever. It will rise back up in a couple of years (in places, it has already started to do so), and when it does, it will add to already abnormal global temperatures, and so the warming will not only continue, but increase. This is my prediction for the next ten years, but others have said the same thing. Stay tuned.

Again, global warming is about long term trends, not short-term variations.
Yes, he is wrong about the reasons. In the end the world would be better off slightly warmer.

The CAGW alarmists have made it a religion. So maybe it should be in the religion forum.

Climate scientists struggle to explain warming slowdown | Reuters
All of you follow the Exxonmobile paid scientists that appear on Fox news and Rush radio. You care more about ExxonMobiles profits, than you care about your own children's future.

All respected scientists are scared about manmade global warming.
The ice at the North pole is starting to melt.
Global warming could stop deep ocean currents.
ex.ex.ex.

All of you fight global warming because you side with the oil companies.
What's f.ing stupider than a group of middle class idiots, that live their lives to protect oil company profits ??

You anti-global warming freaks live your lives to protect oil company profits, more than you protect your own children.

Your own comments support what most of have been saying; Predicting climate is an extremely inaccurate activity and has proven to be useless. The complexity of our earth is way beyond the mental capacity of scientists to model or even understand. There is always another "gotcha" around the corner.

You're living in a delusional online fantasyland.

You said "repent the end is near" and "amen pass the plate."

Just imagine how insane someone would have to be, to say those things in a real life conversation.
