Abortion IS legal.
Always will be.
Deal with it and move on.
Find something else to fight about.
You extremists are W A C K Y.
I can't imagine spending every waking moment of my life arguing this like you do.
Sad kinda.

Wrong document, my friend. Furthermore, the foetus does not have a right to life under the constitution.

Abortion.—In Roe v. Wade,557 the Court established a right of personal privacy protected by the due process clause that includes the right of a woman to determine whether or not to bear a child. In doing so, the Court dramatically increased judicial oversight of legislation under the privacy line of cases, striking down aspects of abortion-related laws in practically all the States, the District of Columbia, and the territories.
To reach this result, the Court first undertook a lengthy historical review of medical and legal views regarding abortion, finding that modern prohibitions on abortion were of relatively recent vintage and thus lacked the historical foundation which might have preserved them from constitutional review.558 Then, the Court established that the word "person" as used in the due process clause and in other provisions of the Constitution did not include the unborn, and therefore the unborn lacked federal constitutional protection.

It's in the penumbras of the constitution.

Clearly you don't know the legal definition of murder. "Life, liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness" are in the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution. The DoI is not a legal document.

The irony is that poster constantly attacks liberals for their stupidity.

Actually, it does, once the law has been through the appeal process to the Supreme Court. The Constitution means whatever the Supreme Court said it meant the last time they spoke.

Default The Christian thing to do?

Raise up a bulletproof family and face
the harsh reality:
We can't tell others what to do.

In the Constitution it speaks of Defense.
It says the government will provide it.

BUT it's real people who put their lives on the line.

And protect freedom of choice in most matters.
Welfare is mentioned in the US Constitution, it says the government will support it.
It's Churches and Temples that do the best work and volunteers.

If you think abortion is wrong etc. YOU can form a non-profit and get out your message, by teaching people to make the right choice you support, teach , pray, donate.

Talking about an opinion only keeps me from seeking out the reality... That where we live... for a little while longer . Then the JUDGEMENT.
This is an option to consider.... violent opposition and harsh rhetoric are no good except for deception and brain washing..

Abortion is a hairy-ugly problem... it's very problematic politically it separates the rich and poor. It separates the rich and poor vote. The rich could always do what ever their LAWYER can arrange. In my State , that is almost anything.

That sounds like the things I've heard from those who teach abstinence and then think kids won't have sex. There isn't another person to think about until that other person is born. Otherwise, people would hold funerals for miscarriages and get death certificates from the vital statistics office. There are so many spontaneous miscarriages that the volume of paperwork in the records office would be overwhelming.

So, no, they didn't skip over that part.
