The one kid is in the US Navy physician program. I know a few guys that went through that and almost certainly you wouldn't make the cut seeing as how you can't even read the article.

I have an advanced degree and I have a lot of respect for my friend who cuts hair, as well as my mechanic as there is NO way I could learn to do either of these things.
I was going to say....what kind of person looks down their nose at people that cut hair, work as bank tellers, install dry-wall etc?
If people have to make fun of others professions because it meets their political needs, they need to do some soul searching and find where they misplaced it.
It is a story because liberals hate home schooling because it means that students aren't indoctrinated in liberalism.

All sorts of people homeschool their kids. I think a lot of people don't trust it. It's not really a political agenda type thing, although of course you'll do your best to make it one. Perhaps you should have been homeschooled yourself. Might have helped.

Liberals around the country have tried to outlaw, or severely limit, homeschooling, charter schools, private schools, charter schools, etc....
This has been going on for decades and is not up for debate. It is fact. A quick internets search will prove this.
The teacher unions are against all these choices and they support the Democratic Party.
