Guess where his backpack was left.

Is a confession not evidence enough?
No. To the tin foil hat brigade, EVERYTHING is a conspiracy put together by Halliburton, The Bilderberg Group, and this one was probably done by George Bush too...

So far it is only exclusionary evidence.

He wasn't mirandized till after his "confession" when the judge showed up and read him his rights.

Course, I guess the prosecutor would argue that he wasn't being detained when he made his remarks.

"Many people mistakenly believe that if they speak willingly to police officers, ‘telling all’ freely, and they have not been Mirandized before they speak, the police will not be able to use that confession at a trial. Don’t bank on it: if you confess to a crime or speak willingly without being “Mirandized,” that information may be presented at a trial. The police could prove that they would have discovered this evidence without your assistance, which allows them to use the information."

Maybe I missed where no miranda rights were presented but heres my question...these guys killed people and hurt even more...they should be strung up in public and stoned. Why if no miranda rights were read would someone bring that to the publics attention? Just let it be. If the bomber says he was never read them well who cares? Its the FBI against the bombers word, who would you believe? The person that brought this to the attention of the public is just as bad as the lawyer who will be representing the bomber...and again if you support such a person you might have just as well been included in the bombing itself.

Also, there is enough evidence for me from what I have seen to call them guilty. They dont deserve to live. Get what info you need out of him and then let him slowly die in the hospital without any medical attention..or you could always slowly lower him into a meat grinder feet first.

The only valid question I think is if there were others involved, not if these were the people involved. These people were clearly involved and to question that is just ridiculous.

Aside from them waking to the bomb area with back packs and leaving without them, shooting a police officer, then jacking a car and saying we are the bombers, going into a fire fight with police and throwing pressure cooker bombs made with the same model and same material at police, and the younger one saying to authority's that it was Religious reasons they attacked? Other than that not much.

Once upon a time there was a forest fire in the Sierra. Two days later the arsonist was arrested. He confessed. The satellite camera identified the license number on the car that was in the area just before the fire started. That was 10 years ago.

Don't you suppose they have satellite photos of these guys setting the bags down and then the bags exploding? LE just did not know who they were until they were identified.
