John Kerry still refuses to accept the democratically elected leader of Venezuela.

Why?

Because Maduro is a Socialist with oil.

So why do some Cons still insist on using the absurd term 'Hanoi John'?

And why doesn't the State department go along with the countless other countries of the World that support democracy (including Russian and China) who have accepted the result of the election in Venezuela?
