I heard a rumor that the cop delivering milk was actually the father of six kids in the house and that the woman was his long term mistress...the other woman...the night wife. Okay I just made that up....Posting a picture of a cop delivering milk reminds me of old Nazi or communist propaganda. Here is our noble storm trooper assisting the community....Maybe they should have had the cop with a puppy under his arm - an old lady riding on his back and delivering milk?

What is funny is your argument is in reality how he was caught. Not by hunting him down like a lynch mob but by a citizen out and about spotting him.
