So over the last few years we hear

Napolitano say ..she was surprised

holder was unaware

FBI said they were surprised

Gov of AZ surprised criminals were released without her knowledge

State dept said..they were surprised....

new crisis, latest round of "I was surprised' begins anew.

Obama administration refrain....'I inherited this is' now rivaled by 'I was surprised'

Sleep well....

Your going to see this guy walk from the laws being broke to convict him.

Protocol and procedure. The guy is an American citizen and a human, deserving his civil rights, no matter what he is accused of.
He's not going to walk.

Nothing that he said before he was Mirandized is necessary to convict him.

We have a suspect. We have photos and video of that suspect taking a bomb into a public place and leaving it behind. We have computer hard drives showing that the suspect visited a website and studied how to make the bomb. We have sales receipts that show that the suspect purchased the components of the bomb. We have a witness to whom the suspect confessed. We have information to establish a motive, we have a timeline showing the suspect was at the scene of the crime when the crime was being committed. We have compelling evidence to convict the suspect, without using anything that he said before being read his rights.

He was always entitled to his rights, but the government is not always obligated to inform a suspect of these rights. And as long as the government doesn't try to use any of his pre-Miranda statements, which they have no need to use, then none of his rights have been violated.

You should almost never say, "never".

It is not in the script! The actors names have been changed to protect the innocent.
The puppet masters have not informed the cast.

Default FBI Was ‘Shocked’ to See Judge ‘Waltz’ in and Give Suspect Miranda Rights

Just who do judges think they are!

They do swear an oath, to uphold the US Constitution. Some do and some don't hold that oath close to their hearts.

You absolutely DO NOT need your miranda warnings read to you. The guy the warning is named after, "Miranda" actully had his admission thrown out, he was then retried, and again found guilty, without ever having been rad his miranda warning.

There are how many threads on this subject and people still havent learned?
Why are you so up in arms about American citizens been read their rights in the judicial process? Why does this bother you so much? Would you rather be in North Korea? You can always move. Just sayin...

I am asking the same thing. There is nothing that conservatives hate more than the Constitution and our values as a country. I've always been suspicious of their pseudo-patriotism.
