Some will say that it helps to strengthen family ties and makes a community stronger and more unified.

These are the only reasons I can think of to support the wearing of the hijab.
What about other men desiring his wife, and possibly acting on those desires?

Skinny or fat, light skinned or black. I love the ladies across the spectrum of race and color.

Why should I have to leave. I have just as much right to this land that you do. How about you leave? Or give me my piece of land.

Besides it's not that easy. Every inch of dry land on this earth is under ownership by a state. Secession is the only way for a new state to form not just in the U.S. but anywhere in the world.

Then the man acting on those desires (rape) needs to be punished.

We don't hide women away, because something bad might happen to them. We punish the people who commit crimes.

Advanced countries based on Reason and Freedom will always feature diversity. People in these countries are more likely to be past primitive and destructive notions of huudled safety in ethnic identity. We will drag the rest of the world to this view over the decades, and a better and more enlightened, rational, and logical world will be the result.

In other words your standards are loose (and perhaps low.)

Poor thing. You too have to live by the laws of our country.

Also, sometimes blacks like to distance themselves from anything that's remotely perceived as "black".

However, a lot of people look at that relationship and see it as a beautiful example of tolerance and progressiveness. But sometimes, the underlying reasons behind that relationship aren't so commendable.
In my country it is not so much about color as you say, but religion, ethnicity, values and customs, even among the very moderate groups.

It is so strange that people would not like their ethnicity. Why is that?
