Yep, it's them darn abortion mills, they're every where. You can hardly drive a block without seeing one of them in every city and small town in this country. Women just lined up, arsehole to bellybutton, standing in line to abort fetuses. The majority of the time it causes traffic jams as the religious gawkers protest and write down license plates.

So you know other languages. The point is fetus is Latin for offspring----not glob of cells.
