The Tea Party stopped cap & trade.

They kept us from a single-payer health system.

This is why Democrats don't like them.

no, that's just when YOU and people like you stopped taking notice of the spending! If all the people who couldn't stand Bush because of his spending were true to their values, they'd still be pissed because Obama is spending 3 times as much as Bush did! But no, because he's got a D beside his name and is black, you all think he can do no wrong! It's BS!

The Tea Party is really the gift that keeps on giving!
Well anyone can put forward someone who shouts Free Welfare and Health Care for all.......now we're overload with food stamp recipients and health care even experts don't know what the hell is going on.

We've become a nation of pansies thanks the the progressive left!

On FDR's unemployment rate, ahemmm:

Even though I'm far from wealthy, I oppose raising taxes on anyone.

I oppose this for the same reason I disapprove of feeding wild bears.

It only makes them stronger and when they get hungry again, and they will, they will be back.

I report. You decide.
Teabaggers? This thread is about the Tea Party.

If you are going to report, at least get the reporting correct.

That sounds more like Pres. Obama!

The GOP is full of uninformed true believers. For instance 2/3 don't believe in evolution.

Poll: Most Republicans Doubt Evolution

And their hysteria about Obama's taxes is completely unfounded.

U.S. taxes at historic low - News - The Orange County Register

I am not saying all Republicans are dumb, but the loud and dumb contingent in the GOP is far larger, louder, and dumber than in the Democratic party.

To loud and dumb, I would add stubborn and vindictive. As I said in the OP, the only sense I can see in their actions in the congress is if they thinks that by sabotaging the president, even if it means hosing the whole country, they score points with their base or their corporate supporters. The Democratic base is neither as dumb, nor as mean as the GOP base. So, no they are not the same.
Best post in the thread right here. ^^^^^^

uhm... Democrats got what they wanted on the healthcare bill. Repbulicans had ZERO say. No republican was involved in the writing of the bill, and the bill passed with no republican support.

Lets please keep history accurate.
