He of course blames the republicans like usual. Congress had the last three years to budget accordingly what is the problem??? Oh wait the idiot democrats never passed a budget.

"Reid warned the federal government is not spending enough money to implement the law because of Republican opposition to ObamaCare.
“Here’s what we have now, we have the menu but we don’t have any way to get to the menu,” Reid said.

It appears the plan will be to let it crash and burn and blame the republicans. Just like they wanted the gun bill to pass the senate and get voted down in the house (oops) so they could blame republicans and just like they will pass a ridiculous immigration bill in the senate (hopefully in Dirty Harry's view) and then when the house votes it down will blame republicans, or how they came up with the sequester and Obama signed it and now blame republicans for the way it's being implemented to inflict the most pain on the citizens of this country.. That is all these jokers are about. 2014 elections is all they care about the American people suffering is an afterthought to these scumbags.

Obama should be out campaigning soon blaming everybody but himself and the democrats and telling his swooners that he is the one who can take care of them not those mean old nasty republicans. You can't count on it.

That's because HHS says they need more monty to create the exchanges. The money allocated to states is just not enough for the HHS. And the HHS says it's all the Republicans' fault for not giving them more money.

The entire Dem administration is a train wreck due to the Republicans.
They are one powerful party and they hold the minority mind you.

If Obamacare needs more money they why did they rescind the tax on medical devices ?

I believe in a single payer system and Obamacare does indeed suck.

Harry Reid can get bent...

But the Democrats and Republicans both put forth a budget. This isn't a Democratic problem for lack of a budget. The GOP wouldn't pass cough syrup to the President to give to a sick child, if it meant appearing to cooperate with Obama.

Yet another major mess up/trainwreck from BO and his crooked, lying cronies. They are disgusting and pathetic.

Didn't they say we had to 'pass it to see what was in it?'.......well, the mess passed and now we see it is another failure.

Way to ruin things once again Dems, and to blame the republicans is just par for the course.

The last budget I remember these clowns voting on was voted down 97-0. Have they voted on one recently?

Obamacare costs are NOT part of the budget so no agency should be coming forward asking Congress for more money. The funding for Obamacare was in the bill. Remember..it's self-sustaining and will have a surplus.

The dems and the prez lied to the public in that when passing the bill, it would cost less than $1 trillion. But gee golly wow they just happen to forget to include the $ billions needed for state exchanges.

One can't keep giving away freebees without someone paying for it? How about the government paying all our mortgages and food and all travel expenses and kick in education and and healthcare.. oh,, they are already doing that for many people already. Lets all get freebees so we can live high for a while and then go belly up and live in the streets broke, hungry and destitute.

Oh they allocated money for it..$1 billion to be precise.
But there's only $235 million left in the pot now and HHS wants $1.5 billion more.
But HHS has not said what they've done so far after Congress has asked.
HHS is doing exchanges for over 1/2 of the states so just where did all that money go ?

And if they knew $1 billion wasn't enough..what was their plan to get more money ?
And why are they considering exemptions and rescinding obamacare taxes ?

Only 17 states are doing their own exchanges. So HHS gets the money that would have been allocated to the other states yet they need money ?

I'd like to see an accounting of where $765 million dollars went.

HHS seeks Obamacare funds
Even when the law was passed three years ago, $1 billion for implementation was thought to be just the start. Getting the massive law up and running was expected to cost 10 times that. And that was before the federal exchange task ballooned as conservative states refused to do much to make the law a success.
