For the first time Holder & Obama are on record of referring to the constitution. Holder has no business telling a state that they cannot uphold the constitution.
Holder is telling Kansas that he will uphold the constitution, by impressing on the state the federal government's constitutional role in regulating firearms.
Even if you don't like it.
Even if you insist on perverting the intent of the Second Amendment to defend your consideration of guns as if they're your toys and you won't let anyone tell you how to play with them.
Even if you try to vacuously deny that that's what you're doing.
And indeed regardless of whatever self-serving nonsense you serve-up to try to rationalize your objection to reasonable gun control.
