You are talking about an isolated case. Below is based on collective statistics.

In December of 2008, white bread was $1.41

In July of 2011, white bread was $1.51

In March of 2013, white bread is $1.41

I thought many Obama supporters believed there was a large disconnect between Wall St. and Main St.?

Some of you people ***** and moan when the Dow was at an all time low, and now you ***** and moan when it reaches 15,000 because it happened while Obama (or according to you, Satan himself) is in office. You folks just love to be miserable. Good luck with that.

On the contrary, my 401(k) appreciates the large corporate profits that neo-proggies hate.

Good for you, because the rest of us paid a lot more than that, and we paid more two years ago than today. If you can't afford your brand, then explore other brands. Maybe your brand go so popular that they inreased the price because of demand.

I'd be bitching too if I had done what they did in 2009, which was to ignore the opportunities in the stock market and instead spend the money on stockpiling canned food, guns and ammunition in preparation for the food riots and the attack of Obama's private armies.

Food, guns and ammo rose significantly higher than the stock market and you fly under the capital gains radar.

Don't think it is pissing and moaning to point out that is a manipulated market which may or maynot hold once QE is stopped.
It has been a nice run up to 15000 and I have enjoyed it financially. Things appear to be a little frothy at this time, and watching all the people get back into the market now when it is at all-time high makes me reduce my contributions to market and look to more international stock (have 20 year time horizon)

This is not real, ask all the people working part time, and ask all the record poor, and record numbers on people on Food Stamps if they have been seeing any trickle down these past four and a half years.

Default 15,000 DOW And The World Is On The Brink of Economic Collapse!

Truthfully, I think we are in a big bubble. The rest of the world is economically on the brink of disaster and we are closer then you know to what is going on in Argentina, Spain, Greece and Europe in general. I certainly wouldn't be buying stocks these days.
