I went, didn't see any protesters. Maybe they'd gone home for the day, who knows?

You liberals will never get it.

Come on Bob... You know the NRA does not sell guns.

The licensed gun dealers at the trade show may have sold 70k after doing background checks and there may have been a few hundred private sales.

You can give credit to Obama and Biden for most of these sales.

"In the middle" ? Da freak are you talking about ? You called me a Liberal and I responded that I'm in the middle of the political spectrum, not a Liberal. Are you serious with this ?

Uh, it's called an intersection, where there are crosswalks and traffic lights. I was at the line, right in front of the crosswalk. So, that's a fail. Where did I say all of the people that crossed the crosswalk glared at me ? I made that observation, the same one as my friend.

Who cares if I like guns ? You were trying to say I was throwing gun owners/enthustist under the bus, which makes no sense, because I use guns myself. Not a difficult idea to grasp.

And of course it matters, you're calling me a liar (lol) and you weren't even there, how you make that accusation without being there is beyond me.

What's pretty sad is you think you or anyone here is worth lying to. Like, what do I gain from lying to someone who's irrelevant to me ?I was there, you weren't, so what you think doesn't matter, whatsoever. Goodness.
You know, I had a long response, to each of your replies. I then re-read all your comments, and decided to to make a quick short statement:

You are black and so is your friend, and those 2 white people stared you down with daggers in their eyes. They were coming from the NRA convention (maybe) so they were racist Rednecks.

Have a great day, in your racist world.

How do you figure, please explain in detail, why and how the NRA is advocating ignorance?

They're advocating a laissez faire approach from law enforcement regarding gun ownership and regulations.
