I live near Tyler, Texas. David Koresh is buried in a local cemetery. He's buried in an unmarked grave. We've had no protests, no drama associated with it, no one trying to break into the cemetery and make some sort of shrine to him, or desecrate the grave site.

Honestly, people - there's a way to do this without all this drama.

Since most of Koresh's followers were killed and he was killed by the government, not sure how this compares. Koresh didn't bomb anyone or try to kill innocent people running a marathon.

Seems his mom doesn't want him here, seems the right thing to do is return him to his mother and let her deal with him.

It is telling that the right wing posters are just as violent and brutal and uncaring in this matter as they say the Muslims are. Religion isn't really the issue is it? Violence, hatred, and inhumanity are traits of arch-conservatives whatever religion they adhere to.

Just who buried Bin Laden at sea, were you outraged then? Whats wrong with giving him back to his mom or sending him back to his own country?

No matter how bad a person is, there are always those that are left behind who will grieve. Allow them their grief, and let him rest in peace. Whatever he did will be accounted for in his paradise or his hell, and it is not right to desecrate a body.

If his grave is unmarked or un-inscribed with his name, so be it, as long as his family knows where his remains rest.

This is the decent thing to do, and if we lose our decency, are we any better than him?
Agreed.

I see this the same way. The longer this goes on, the more attention it brings. Bury him quietly, in a landfill if that is the way to go, though I don't think so, and be done with it. The family apparantly doesn't give a ratsbutt about him either. And if they whine about him not being buried properly, remind "the mother" about her part in this affair.

These people came over here because of "political asylum" and apparantly that wasn't the case as they have gone back and forth and the parents are now back living there. Bah ! I am sick of them and their blather. Bury the older one, try and convict the younger one (who if left alive will become a political liability like the guy that bombed the Pan Am plane) don't give the mother and father anymore press coverage and government agents start doing their jobs to prevent this kind of thing, as much as possible......

He deserves to be ground up into feed for hogs.

Does everybody deserve a decent burial, no matter who they are or what they've done? Personally I wouldn't want this POS buried on American soil. His grave would be an insult to this country and a mecca for anti-US sympathizers. If his parents take the carcass home to Chechnya, it may likely be enshrined there. Better to dump it in the ocean.

My vote would be to feed it to hogs and send whatever comes out 2 days later to the family, in a bacon-infused urn, of course! Maybe the widow can hand carry it to her in-laws and stay there.

I'd propose the same for his little brother.

Sure-

He deserves to be buried in a shroud of pig intestines and dumped in a septic tank.

a great many people that die here do deserve a burial and dont get one. those people were good people unlike the boston bomber. the difference is these people here that died, had greedy kids that grabbed the burial money and had dad cremated and his ashes scattered. $5000 and more, spending loot --and dad wont know the difference.

Easy problem to fix- Bury him in the pauper's grave where all the unclaimed bodies go, dump his body at sea, cremate him with all the other refuse, or donate his body to science.
