Sorry, but I don't see it.
I pay taxes, but did not qualify for any grants when I went to college. I pay property taxes to school children that aren't mine. let's not act like this is something new.

is that what gay people are doing? is that another way of saying, "get out there, screw up traffic, throw PDA in people's faces, and be generally annoying and whiny?"

Were you disqualified from trying for those grants based on your gender? No.
Property taxes pay for education. If you have kids later they will be paid for by others that don't have kids too. Your kids won't be denied education based on gender. However I am denied access to marriage based on gender.

How are couples who just want to live together being discriminated against? They have the choice of getting legally married if they want the legal protections of marriage. At least they can if they are heterosexual couples.

I was denied based on economic standing. so to recap, you're cool with discrimination, as long as it isn't gender based. gotcha. and do you honestly think I would send a child to a government school? that's child abuse.

Some do, yes. I personally don't block traffic, or do any PDAs other than holding hands and sometimes a quick kiss.

Have you ever heard the phrase "the squeeky wheel gets the oil"? Unless we make noise no one will do anything about the problem. Did you get upset about other groups who made a scene to bring attention to their causes?

the issue here is that there should be NO benefits given to those who choose to sign state contracts. that is beyond absurd. it's like the child tax credit. we reward people for knocking up their wives for some reason.

There is discrimination in many government programs. Gender is never one of them.

depends on how absurd I consider the cause. occupy? tea party? westboro baptist church? all annoying.
