Makes 2 of us..... I do beef and beans with salad mixed in sour cream and hot sauce almost every night. If someone else doesn't like it they can bring the lobsters.
The whole part of ethnic food being offered away from it's native origin is so others can enjoy it and perhaps learn about other cultures. I think that student is nuts.

First off to be offended you have to be a minority residing in the USA... No other country counts. And you have to be a minority, other wise that doesn't count either.
Then if you are a Bleeding Heart Liberal, and deep into the federal self hate apology program, where you get spilt milk and beans back, you can join in with the flagellation, by ringing your hands and looking as miserable as possible while complaining incessantly; meanwhile stuffing your fat face full of bon-bons' (not you necessarily) waiting for the welfare check to arrive.
