Good but it's not low enough, .02 sounds better. I don't drink at all but all the anti-smokers have complained so much and have all but outlawed my smoking, it's cool someone else is getting picked on now.

Well just remember if you have say a heart attack it will be blamed on smoking no matter what caused it. Just like if you have a beer and go drive into a tree it was because you had a beer.

If you had a beer while cleaning out your trunk in your driveway and left your empty can in the trunk 4 months ago but get into a wreck completely sober tommorow, but crash scene investigators find the empty...that's an alcohol related crash. It's how MADD cronies pump up their stats.

But that wouldn't generate any revenue for the state.
Most folks know when not to drive, if you don't, then you probably have a drinking problem and need help

Maybe the folks you know, most of the people I know realize when they are too drunk to drive

Yeah sure thing. If your "people you know" were really as responsible as you say they wouldn't be too damn drunk to drive to begin with now wouldn't they.

No, it would be ~2/3rds of one low alcohol beer for an average sized man and less for an average sized woman. It's stupid.

No one should drive drunk or "buzzed". Any more than 1 drink/hour is too much to get behind the wheel. To those who think differently, would you be okay with the pilot of your airplane having a drink or two before lift off?
Why not?

It is a computer that flies those airplanes, not the pilot.
