If you want to stop obesity you have to force people to get out and be physically active, not just cut the calories they intake. That means limiting TV, computer time, video games, texting.
You can't, its a choice. Now you can reward people for keeping a more healthy lifestyle by cutting insurance premiums or taxs breaks for them.

How much sugar does diet soda contain? Please educate all of us on the forum in that regard. Thanks

Should 6 month olds have to go out and get physically active since their obesity rates are also high. It takes 10 hours of mountain bike riding to burn off a Big Mac. Stoping obesity comes down to chemistry.

Kids lived on sugar when I was younger and there certainly wasn't any obesity problem. Hell there was a candy store right next to the school and it was packed every day after school. LOL

The reason we have so many fat kids is because they don't exercise like they used too. They certainly play more organized sports but that isn't what I'm talking about. I'm talking about coming home from school and spending the rest of the afternoon riding your bike, game of football or whatever it may be... everyday for hours. That's the way I grew up, kids lives today are so regimented and organized they don't do that anymore.

All juice contains too much fructose and since jucie doesn't contain fiber to block its absorption into the blood jucie of any kind isn't really good for you either.
